what you're thinking...

"Anyone can set goals, it's not rocket science..."

This is very true. Anyone can set goals. But how many people set goals and then never acheive them?

The issue isn't not knowing how to set goals. We all have goals. The issue is the process people use when making them (I'll get to this part more  here in a bit...). 

"Most people don't acheive their goals simply because they don't have enough motivation..."

While this isn't totally false, it's definitely not entirely true.

When we assume most goals go unacheived simply because people "didn't want it bad enough", it inherently disregards a lot of very real and present factors that have a great impact/influence on our goals and how we pursue them.  When we allow ourselves to consider these, goal acheivement increases SIGNIFIACNTLY

"People who spend so much time 'planning' are really just delaying taking action..."

Again, this isn't 100% wrong, but, it does require more context.

If you're a person who only ever engages in talking about or planning a goal, but you never take action, then yes, "planning" has become an avoidance tactic. However, the most commong issue is either 1) you're working toward a goal you don't really want to acheive, and/or 2) your process and plan isn't optimized for acheivement (botth of which this workshop will help you identify and fix)

I know what you're thinking...
